The professional background check and international private investigation firm reported today that demand for international background checks was up sharply in the first quarter of 2011, compared to 2010 levels. Management cited an increase in international business deals in developing nations and a higher prevalence of fraud and scam activity worldwide as fueling the growth. Client referrals also continue to be an important factor for the company’s business, and early projections for 2011 estimate a fourth consecutive year of double digit growth.
